Our double story 1 Bedroom apartment offer a large Master bedroom (queen sized bed) with ensuite and main bathroom on the upper floor.

Downstairs, we offer a large modern living space, complete with a full self contained kitchen and spacious dining area. Each apartment also has it’s own private laundry (complete with washer and dryer) as well as a third toilet.

The Catula apartments were excellent. beautifully presented and had everything you would need to for a short or long stay. A lot of thought and care has gone into the setup of this apartment.
Great position in Parramatta. I would recommend that anyone who is thinking of setting up a holiday rental stay at the Catula and take notes.

My children said that it was clean & tidy with all that was needed. They really enjoyed their stay & with five of them found the three bedroom apartment spacious. The hosts were so friendly & welcoming they even allowed an early check in.
